We verify your details within 1 working day, and your relationship manager calls you.

Register clients
Add a client in seconds. We check for duplicates straight away then you have 15 days to do the site visit, after which the lead stays yours for 60 days from registration.

Get paid
Follow each client to booking. Commission is paid within 45 days of the client’s first disbursement.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining Casatrance Connect is free for individuals and companies.
Do I need a RERA number?
You can apply without one: the RERA number is optional on the application. Add it if you have it, or later from your profile.
What if the client is already with Casatrance?
We check every registration straight away. If the client is already ours, you’ll see that at once, so you don’t spend time on someone you can’t be paid for.
When is commission paid?
Within 45 days of the client’s first disbursement payment, to the bank account in your profile. Commission is calculated on the basic cost and car-park charges, and paid without GST after applicable tax deductions.
Can my agents use the portal?
Yes. Company partners can invite their agents. You see every client; each agent sees their own.
